I travel for work and didn't know anything about Huntsville Tx. Wal-Mart messed up my my rim, stud, and hub. The team at Figure was PHENOMENAL!! The guys in the shop took care of me in no time. The got my parts, and was patient when I was late. The work they did was exceptional and the guys in the shop as well as the owner were friendly, professional, courteous, kind, and very helpful. Been here a few times and they always fix the problems. Faster than expected compared to other places where I expect to be without a vehicle for a few days just being patient but they usually get it back to me in the same day if it’s just a 1 problem fix. Highly recommend this shop!!! My 85 yo parents broke down on the side of the road on I45 10 miles from Huntsville. I was very worried because of the heat. I talked to Austin and he told me they would fix the car if I could get it there. I called a tow truck, I talked to him multiple times. The Owner Nick went out to where they were broke down and picked them up. The tow truck got the car and they had them back on the road very quickly!! Thank you all so much for taking care of my parents.
