Yes. We do oil changes on all makes and models, and European vehicles like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Volvo are our specialty. Many European engines call for an oil that meets the manufacturer’s own approval, and using the right one protects turbos and timing chains.
Use what your manufacturer specifies. Most newer engines, and nearly all European and turbocharged ones, require full synthetic. Some older engines are fine on conventional or a synthetic blend.
Old oil breaks down, turns to sludge, and stops lubricating. That leads to faster wear on bearings, cams, timing chains, and turbos, and eventually to engine damage that costs far more than the oil changes would have.
